ONLINE RETURN POLICY
DON’T LOVE YOUR ITEM?
We hope you love everything you select from our store, but if something isn’t quite right please follow the directions below to process a return. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT (E- Gift card) within 14 days of the order shipped date. The return must be postmarked within the 14-day period. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
- Start your return process by clicking the RETURN PORTAL HERE.
- Customer that purchase free returns and package protection at checkout will receive free return shipping labels. Customers that do not purchase free returns and package protection will be liable for return shipping costs and loss, damage, or theft during shipping.
- Once we receive your return in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, we will refund the purchase amount. If return shipping costs apply, we will deduct from the refunded amount.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to our warehouse.
RETURN POLICY
Lily and Park gladly accepts the return of products that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition within 14 days of the order shipped date. Please review our list of items that ARE NOT eligible for return.
We only offer store credit for returns. We DO NOT issue refunds back to the original form of payment. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping.
If you would like to exchange an item, the best way to ensure you get the size wanted is by returning the item that you have and then placing a new order for the size that you want.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Swimwear- All returned swimwear must be in “as-received” condition with tags and panty liners still in place. If the item is damaged or worn, it will be returned to the customer.
Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. Shoes must also be in the original box in order to be eligible for return.
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact hello@lilyandpark.com as soon as possible.
Online orders can be returned back to our warehouse or to any of our retail locations. You can return an online purchase to a store for an in-store gift card. Merchandise purchased in store cannot be returned to our website.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
FINAL SALE items include: Bodysuits, jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, handbags, belts, sticky bras, nipple covers and lingerie tape are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
SALE ITEMS from our SALE COLLECTION are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchanges
All items purchased during a 40% off promo will be FINAL SALE
Promos:
Promotions are only applicable to items that are full priced. Items in our sale tab cannot be combined with any promotional discounts.
Warehouse Pickup:
We're excited to now offer warehouse pickup for our Baton Rouge, LA customers! Please allow 2 business days processing time for pickup orders. All pickup orders are offered at 11115 Industriplex Blvd, Ste. 200. Customers have 14 days from fulfillment date to pick up their order. Orders that are not picked up within the 14 day time frame will automatically be returned into our system, and an online store credit will be issued for the amount of the order.
